Ayotade Oyinlola

Ayotade (Tade) Oyinlola enrolled at Federal Government College Malali, Kaduna in September 1984, as a member of the graduating class of 1990.

He was in Niger House and a foundation member of the 1985 WAI Brigade and the National Cadet Force of FGC Kaduna.

Tade earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics & Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State, he then went on to obtain an Executive MBA from the Lagos Business School.

He also has a series of executive education diplomas in Leadership, Public Policy, People Strategy & Human Resources Management from IESE, Harvard, Wharton, Stanford Business Schools, Cornell University’s School for Industrial & Labour Relations and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.

Tade started his career in 1998 and has worked primarily within the IT and Telecom industry, with a stint in Oil & Gas and a brief incursion in Nigerian partisan politics.

He currently works within Human Resources at a telecom infra provider; he is passionate about organizational success, talent management, people & leadership development, gender diversity & racial equality, politics and humanitarian activities (he volunteered with the United Nations OCHA, in its’ relief efforts at Muzaffarabad, Pakistan in the aftermath of the 2005 earthquake).

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Managers (CIPM) of Nigeria and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) United Kingdom. He is an ardent horseman, plays polo and squash.

Tade is pleased to serve as President of the FGCK UK Alumni Association and member of its’ 2022 Executive team.

Tade is married to Seun and together they are blessed with a son and two daughters.
