Yinka Dosumu
Yinka Dosumu enrolled at Federal Government College Malali, Kaduna in September 1984, as a member of the graduating class of 1990.
He was in Niger House, and was the PRO, Literary and Debating Society, Provost Marshal Culture Club and Niger House Junior Section Supervisor. He was also General Secretary FGCKD OSA UK Alumni (2016 – 2021) and currently Chairman Europe & Middle East 1990 set.
Yinka earned a Bachelor of Sociology degree from Lagos State University; he then obtained a Master of Information Technology degree from University of East London; and then a Master of Business Administration degree from Henley Business School.
He attended various executive programs including Private Equity at London Business School and professional qualifications from Microsoft, ISEB and various IT institutions. He is a member of British Computer Society and a Chartered IT Professional.
Yinka started his career in 1997 as a management consultant across various Fortune100 Organizations. He is vibrant result oriented and a focused management consultant with over 20years of recorded achievement in business development & transformation, change management, workforce planning and operations management.
He has built and scaled start-ups, grown businesses and helped large organizations, global & top-tier retail, private, corporate and investment banks) through digital transformation and emerging technologies.
In year 2000, he became a partner and Operations Director in a logistic firm in Nigeria (Oilbase Nigeria Limited), and in 2004, he went on to setup his own logistics business (Global Haulage & Trucking Nigeria Limited), he currently owns & manage a FinTech (Fast FX), and construction company (ORADO Construction Nigeria Limited).
Yinka is pleased to stay on and serve as Social Secretary of the FGCK UK Alumni Association and member of its’ 2022 Executive team.
Yinka is married to Yinka (yes, Yinka☺) and together they are blessed with two daughters.
